Call for Proposal for Publication of Conference Proceedings
The Splendid Journals welcomes conference/ symposium, workshop and summit to publish their proceedings with Splendid Journal Digital Library. All the program chairs and committees interested in publishing the proceedings are invited to submit the proposal to the Splendid Journals. We provide open access platform to all the papers published with us that will increase the impact of the conference papers.
The conference organizers should fill the Conference Proposal Form and email to editor@thesplendidjournals.com or editorsplendid@gmail.com.
The conference shall be evaluated by the advisory panels of The Splendid Journal. Once approval is granted by the panel, the conference organizers shall be asked to submit the conference proceedings. Our typesetting teams shall require a minimum of 7 days (from the date of submission of the proceedings papers) to complete the publication process.
We recommend the conference organizers to accept the final papers according to the Splendid Conference Proceeding template. The set of papers should be submitted to us in DOC/DOCX format only. In order to ensure its high quality, the conference should have a skilled technical program committee with academic qualifications. To ensure the high scientific standard of the papers, they must all be peer-reviewed before acceptance. Conference organizers are required to transfer their copyright to the Splendid Journal.
There is no fee for publishing conference proceedings with The Splendid Journal Digital Library. Conference organizers have to pay a nominal fee for online maintenance (Fee for Online Maintenance + formatting + Plagiarism checking).
Best Paper Award and Publication Certificate: Our editorial committee will select the best paper for every Volume. The best paper award e-certificate would be awarded to the authors of the selected manuscript. Authors of published papers would be provided with e-certificates.
